Margaux - Château Lascombes 1994
The domain
Second Grand Cru Classé in 1855, spread over 118 ha of vineyards in the appellation Margaux, ten generations of owners have succeeded each other since the 17th century and all have worked towards the excellence of the wines of Château Lascombes. The knight of Lascombes gave him his surname. Since 2011, the MACSF mutual group has owned it with the desire to raise the quality of the wines ever higher and thus perpetuate the work begun in the 17th century. The cru is concentrated and tannic. Powerful, fine and harmonious, it is now among the best of the appellation.
