Still largely a family house despite its IPO, Laurent-Perrier experienced worldwide success from the 1950s through Bernard Nonancourt, one of the major players in modern champagne. The latter had imposed a slender and aperitif style, illustrated by ever more significant proportions of chardonnay in the blends. Complex (citrus fruits, white fruits, toast, pastry, etc.), fresh and straightforward, these champagnes are the stylistic pillars of the Laurent-Perrier range, a house that has now become an essential world reference.
