Veneto - Quintarelli Amabile del Cere - 1990 (37.5 cl)
The domain
Giuseppe Quintarelli – who died in 2012 – is a true myth in Veneto for his exceptional amarone, a type of dry and rich red wine, made from raisined grapes from the Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grape varieties. But it also produces a magnificent Cabernet Franc, made using the same methods as Amarone, with raisined berries. It is a wine with a remarkable touch and slightly more concentrated than Amarone.
