The domain

Famous estate founded in 1981 by the Marquis Ludovic Antinori, it is located near the village Bolgheri in Tuscany. In 1993, the first 1991 Le Volte vintage was marketed. In 2005, Axel Heinz was appointed as production manager.

Preserved in perfect condition for decades, and never available on the market, the historic vintages of Ornellaia have remained hidden until today., maturing quietly in the cellar day after day. Collectors now have for the first time the incredible opportunity to discover the evolution of these wines, from the 1994 vintage, through the bottles of the Historical Archives: for many vintages, this will be the last opportunity. A special Ornellaia Archivio Storico label has been created to guarantee the uniqueness of these bottles, as well as a unique wooden crate and a Prooftag™ certifying their provenance.
