The domain

On his approximately 5 hectares of vineyards, Christian Hermann focuses on classic Burgundian grape varieties and is orienting himself towards the great world wine culture. As a protagonist of the brilliant new Grisons wine scene, he is also one of the 12 best Swiss winegrowers according to the Schweizerischer Weinzeitung.

The “H” is Hermann’s exceptional pinot noir. This Prestige Cuvée, like a sort of Burgundy Grand Cru exclusively from a superb single vineyard, undergoes subtle aging in new French barrels. The finest fruits shine with finesse and complexity.
